  ABSOULUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ASSISTANCE FROM ANIKA BISWAS AND RUBEN MALDONADO. I called this branch this morning to inquire about replacing my lost debit card. I was connected with Ruben Maldonado and he informed me to come in and they could replace my card for me. I walk in 10 mins later. Ruben is with customers, the two tellers were free so I approached one of them and told her I was there to replace my debit card. She stated that the printer may not be working, and that they have been having issues for about a week. I told her I called and spoke with Ruben so she brought Anika out. Anika reiterated that the printer wasn't working, to her knowledge, but if Ruben told me to come in then it must be fixed. She then told me to have a seat and he would be with me soon. I politely asked if she could please help me because he was tied up and I needed to get back to work as quickly as possible. She rolled her eyes to her coworker and stomped out from behind the teller counter to a customer service desk, sat down, and NOTHING else. I sat there for approximately 10-15 mins, Anika DID NOT speak ONE WORD to me. my patience was wearing thin so I asked if she was having issues with the computer. Her answer was "no I wasn't logged in to this computer so I am logging in". 10-15 mins to log in??? about 5 mins later Rubens customers left and she asked him for help. For the next 10 mins they are going back and forth from the computer to the printer and discussing it among themselves. My patience were gone at this point so I ask them what was taking so long and why hasn't either of them communicated to me what was happening. During all of this I am standing just a few feet away and for 30-40 mins neither of them spoke ONE WORD to me whatsoever. Finally Ruben states that the printer is broken so I ask him how long have they been experiencing this problem. He said it just happened. LIE. I called him out on this lie by informing him that both tellers told me it had been going on for a week. He responded by saying he printed a card for another customer this morning. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED BY FAR. Both of them should not have jobs that require them to speak to customers. So recap...not a word was said to me for at least 30 mins unless I asked a question, no apology, lying, they made me feel like they didn't want me to be there nor help me in any way. I can honestly say that if the two of them are still working there moving forward and its not obvious that they have been re-trained on customer service/assistance, I will be closing that account and do my best to keep my family and friends from ever doing any business with TD Bank.
