    I have been with Bank for more then 15 years. Needed to withdraw money from Location in Manassas for the 1st time, and it will be last. Racial profiling, sent corporate a letter and What? Nothing. Go to location and you will see exactly what I mean. They dont care. But all in time this location will have to close. I can personally have location closed, but what does that accomplish? Not a single thing. Bad customer service, lack of knowledge on how to proceed with transactions.
