  This morning I began my normal commute to work and noticed my tire pressure light on and even worse, a completely flat back tire. This is he closest station to my house so I stopped in to pump some air so that I could make it to work first and figure out repair later on. The only two people working at the time were a cashier and Jean, the mechanic. The cashier was very dismissive and unempathetic. I had no quarters for the air machine and when I asked if I could purchase something from the store JUST for cash back JUST to break it and get $2 in quaters for $1.50 air, he said it wasn't an option. Jean (mechanic) who is sanding nearby walks right past me, puts $2 from his OWN wallet down on the counter and asks his coworker for quarters. He then hands them to me and also follows me outside to help me operate the machine. Mind you, I'm a 22 year old female with absolutely zero car knowledge. I'm sure Jean read that all over my pitiful appearance. He then inflated my tire, informed me he would over-inflate slightly so that I could make it to work, and then instead of trying to oversell his services to make money, he told me I would not need to buy a new tire and that the hole was from a nail (which I saw clear as day once the tire was back up) that was patch-able for much cheaper. For this reason I will be returning only to Jean with any automotive needs in the future. I went on my way to work with a full heart and reminder that sometimes people are still just GOOD. I give this place 0 stars for the cashier but 100 stars for Jean to make up for it. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!(:

  I took my car not knowing that Battlefield Shell was related to Manassas Shell both part of NTA. I failed inspection for all rotors being rusty. The strange part is that NTA of Manassas in 2014 stated the same thing. I had all the rotors and pads changed by someone else, because they seemed too eager for the work and the cost was high. Now the car has 25K miles since the rotors were changed and they say they are so rusty that they don't pass inspection. All rotors rust, but it is surface and never seen structural rust in 2 1/2 year old rotors. Looking at other posts, it appears this is their go to for inspection rejection and hunting for work. I guess the State Police should look into this company.

  Amazing customer service. We came here for a vehicle inspection and sadly our car failed due to the rear tires lacking tread. This place was so helpful and gave us a full set of tires with one being free for $531 (Costco is $800 for a full set) and they installed the tires and gave us another inspection for free (they even comped us a free lugnut so that we would pass inspection since ours fell off somewhere). The protection plan they gave us for the tires was also amazing. I would recommend coming here if you have to replace tires or do inspection.
