- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is getting worse by the day. 1 or 2 tellers at most of you are lucky and the rest of the annoying personnel asking you to use the stupid useless atm machines. I have tried using the ATMs with teller assist many times but 9 out of 10 they give you any dumb excuse to NOT be able to do anything with your transaction. So my question is, why are these stupid machines still here??? Unfortunately this is my closest bank of America and it happens to be packed most of the time so the wait is long. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Who is rating this Bank five stars? They rid of their tellers for these talking ATM's. These things are super slow and can't do many things. Then, the one in the drive through rarely works. You take this crap with BOA's constant manipulation of your money to cause the occurrence of fees, I really don't see how this bank even survives.
